Appraisal

• All items sold through our online catalog are accompanied by a written appraisal to authenticate. Appraisals are written by an experienced and trained appraiser and reflect current retail value.

Shipping

• Standard shipping is UPS ground, insured, with adult signature required.  Overnight and Second Day Air are available at your request.  Please contact us for shipping and handling charges.

Watch Warranty

• All timepieces are accompanied by a 90-day warranty on parts that excludes crown and crystal.  All Rolex timepieces are accompanied by a six-month warranty on parts that excludes crown and crystal.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• We are sure that you will be satisfied with your online catalog purchase.  We have diligently tried to describe all products in a complete fashion, including flaws.  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item you may return it within 10 business days of your receipt of it.

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.  This includes prohibiting any alterations and/or inspections made by third parties, such as re-sizing or opening of watch casings.  Exceptions to watch case openings will be made if done by a certified watchmaker.  Prior written authorization must be obtained for this stipulation to be waived.

• You assume responsibility for the return postage, including proper insurance and requiring a signature.  Please contact us prior to returning an item so that a return can be recorded and your account properly credited.
